At Wall Clock, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

4. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges if:
- You received a defective or damaged item.
- You received the wrong product.

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
